HEALTHY YOU, SKINCARE!!!

This one is my personal favorites, the best face-scrub in the world, it cleans, rejuvenates and moisturizes your skin giving it the radiance it deserves…1/2 tablespoons of pure honey mix it thoroughly with ¾ tablespoons of sugar, wet your hands, apply to dry face and wait for about 10 to 15 minutes for scrub to work its magic, rinse slowly making circular movements with clean water, no soap…you can do this 2 to 3 times a month, trust me on this one its clean, safe and to top it all it works wonders.

DID YOU KNOW!!!
Online Fashion Shows! I know, right? I had the same reaction when I first heard of it, but I thought about it for a while and I realized just how exciting and innovative technology is…”Gone is the era of front row guests at the traditional fashion weeks, this time we are going digital…” You realize what this means right!, you and I my friend will no longer have any excuses whatsoever why we didn’t attend Jeremy Scott‘s show in London, with front row access we talking live post-show party coverage, live backstage interviews, real time shopping, power to influence meaning instant feedback to designers, pre-orders and so forth, I mean it is just perfect, innovative and convenient…love technology!!!

Pure African raps

I thank god everyday for the talent he has blessed me with, to express myself through music and the arts. The wonderful people I’ve met and have yet still to meet when travelling not to mention their love and support. I REMEMBER When team efforts events hosted my listening session at an outdoor park and it started to rain just when the performances were about to start, everyone who was there quickly chipped in to secure the p.a system and we all went in unity to another indoor spot where we set up and continued with the show. Everybody had fun and enjoyed themselves that night. Memories as such keep me fired up and inspired to be the best I can be musically and hope to give back to my supporters everything I can artistically, my latest effort being the pending mix tape ‘pure African raps’. I am in studio currently in the process of laying down tracks for the mix tape. I have only 4 tracks that I did solo on the project of which two of them are already available as singles for free downloads. To sample them you can visit www.kasimp3.co.za and search for cyrus the virus or alternatively you can go to www.teameffortsmedia.blogspot.com to stream the tracks. One of the solo tracks on the mix tape is going to be on vernacular which I felt was very important for me and FOR THE BENEFIT OF my supporters to touch base on that, very challenging, seeing that I’m used to rapping in English but IN A fun WAY. NOW, THE COLLABORATIONS IM PLANNING FOR THIS PROJECT, ARE GOING TO BE A HIGHLIGHT IN MY MUSIC CAREE FOR A LONG TIME TO COME I TELL YOU. ON THIS PROJECT I’LL BE WORKING WITH SOME OF MY FAVOURITE ARTISTS WHO INSPIRE ME IN A WAY THAT THEY COULD NEVER KNOW, BUT I’M SURE THEY UNDERSTAND THOUGH. SORRY FOR YOU, I’M NOT GOING TO BE NAMING NAMES AND SPOIL THE SURPRISE BUT TRUST ME WHEN I SAY HAVING ALL THEM PEOP’S IN ONE PROJECT IS GIFT FROM THE HEAVENS I SAY. During the recording of the mix tape, a live d.v.d of the product will be shot and it will be flight on the youtube channel ‘africanraps’. You can frequently visit that to get to see the extra clips.  SINCE IT’S A MIX TAPE, I AM NOT THAT STRICT WHEN IT COME TO BEATS. I MIXED INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL BEATS MOSTLY LOCAL. I USED THE NEW SCHOOL SOUND WHEN IT COMES TO INTERNATIONAL BEATS MY AIM BEING NOT TO ALIENATE THE NEW SCHOOL GENERATION FROM MY MUSIC AND TO GET OUT OF MY COMFORT ZONE AND TRY SOMETHING NEW OF WHICH I HOPE MY LISTNERS OUT THERE WILL FIND IT FRESH. WE EXPECT TO DROP THIS PRODUCT AROUND JULY OR AUGUST DEPENDING….

We need to create a work force amongst us

Being an artist is never easy, but having a team of professionals working on your behalf certainly makes it all worth while. With that said I would like to extend my sincere gratitude towards my team the X-GENERATION Music, Team Efforts Media, EGZABIER Clothing and MOKHOZIKA Enterprise... Working with them has made a whole lot of difference in my music career and how I view myself as a product. To be frank to other artists, this is the music business and the business world is a foreign world from that of the creative’s. The creative world and the business world both share a common principle, to mobilise, motivate and ultimately provide a service towards the community. I speak from experience when I say most artist don’t fully comprehend the business side of the music. As much as the unemployment rate is termed to be high, there is a greater need for professional personnel willing to start out small and build their profiles to support and back up good independent artist in this country....
